Meet the Cousins

After my time in the military, I moved into HR because I wanted to keep supporting the people I work with, just in a different setting. I’ve traded my uniform for a role where I get to be an advocate for employees, helping them find their footing and really thrive in their careers. My background taught me that a team is only as strong as its people, so I focus on being a straight-shooter who actually listens. I’m all about building a workplace where people feel respected and backed up.

Running my own logistics company means I’m always on the move and no two days ever look the same. I’ve always loved the puzzle of getting things from point A to point B, even when the road gets a little bumpy along the way. Building this business from the ground up has taught me that a person’s word and a reliable handshake still mean everything in this industry. I take a lot of pride in keeping things moving behind the scenes, so my clients never have to worry.

I’ve spent my career in healthcare because there’s nothing more rewarding than being there for people when they need it most. It’s a demanding field, but those small moments of real connection with a patient make every long shift worth it. I’m a firm believer in treating everyone like a neighbor rather than just another name on a chart. When I’m not at work, I’m usually thinking of new ways to bring a little more heart and comfort to our local community.

My journey has taken me from serving in the military to working on the front lines of healthcare, and while the roles are different, the mission to help others is exactly the same. I’ve learned that sometimes the best medicine is simply having someone in your corner who isn't afraid to do the hard work. I bring a bit of that veteran grit to my patient care, making sure everyone I look after gets the attention and respect they deserve. For me, it has always been about showing up for people, no matter how tough the day gets.
